Income = Taxes DueWe receive the gross rental income, we pay the appropriate SAT(Federal) taxes, State taxes, City taxes, and lodging taxes. We also provide tax compliant receipts(facturas). When NET income is available for distribution to you, we withhold and pay the foreign income taxes due. You have zero tax reporting to do in Mexico, as we handle all of the taxes and tax distributions for you.

Bookkeeping & AccountingIn bookkeeping and accounting we apply only professional accounting methods. Our clients receive monthly reporting with copies of all receipts, assuring transparency and clarity.
